[Anthill] deploying a war to weblogic 8 via ant

Hi,

I am having trouble writing an Ant target a deploys a war file to  
weblogic 8 that is running locally (on the build machine).

It seems Weblogic does not automatically pick up the changed war  
file. Do I need to start and stop weblogic, or just use a deploy  
task? In either case, these seems to be multiple ways to proceed.  
Part of the problem includes holding off running tests until WebLogic  
has had time to complete the deployment.

I am hoping this a pretty common activity and that some one out there  
might have a solution that works they'd be willing to share.
