[Clev-jug] Job Postings on the List -- Need Ideas

Hello All,

I am tempted to ban all job postings from the list, but perhaps that  
would be over reacting.  If any member of the JUG has actually gotten  
a job via these postings, then we should probably let the job  
postings continue.  So, if you have gotten a job through the list,  
please let me know.  If I don't receive at least one email from a JUG  
member that has gotten a job from the job postings by the end of the  
week, we'll ban all job postings on the list.

I personally don't think that the job postings are very effective for  
anyone, either the organizations looking to hire or the people  
looking for work.  The postings sure have become annoying.  But I am  
willing to be proven wrong on the issue of their effectiveness.
