[Clev-jug] Job Postings on the List -- Need Ideas

Why not create another mailing list for job postings?  I agree that they have no place here,  although I have gotten an interview through one of the postings.

I personally don't think that the job postings are very effective for 
anyone, either the organizations looking to hire or the people 
looking for work. The postings sure have become annoying. But I am 
willing to be proven wrong on the issue of their effectiveness.
