[Clev-jug] Job Postings on the List -- Need Ideas

Hello everyone... this is my first post to this list. I thought I would
offer this perspective.
I manage the Cleveland Adobe Users Group and the Cleveland ColdFusion Users
Group, and both groups allow job postings. Most people on those lists
appreciate the posts, although I do not allow recruiters to post the
positions directly - they have to go through me first. We may go to Google
Groups based listservs rather than our current Mailman, after some feel the
need for a forum and don't want to be bombarded with emails, but that change
has not yet occurred.
If anyone here's interested in either group, by the way, check out
www.clevelandmmug.org (Adobe group, formerly Macromedia) and
www.clevelandcfug.org.
