[Clev-jug] Reminder: Cleveland AUG meeting Thursday night - ActionScript 3

Adobe User Group members (CC'ing CFUG, Web SIG and Java members),

I am sending this message out to a slightly wider user group list, since I
figure that the topic may be of interest to some of you that don't normally
attend meetings.

This is a reminder that the Cleveland Adobe Users Group July meeting will be
held Thursday night at 6:30pm at Lodestone Digital, located at 4500 Rockside
Road, Suite 150 in Independence (zip 44131).

Our topic this month is ActionScript 3.  You probably know that ActionScript
3 is used in Flash and Flex applications, and also the new Adobe AIR.
Here's a chance to learn about AS3 and get your feet wet.

We'll be showing part of either a lynda.com or totaltraining.com training
package on ActionScript 3.  I was not able to line up a speaker, but found a
couple of training packages that should suit us well.  Which one I go with
will be finalized before the presentation.

We do have some swag to give away, and I have a Dreamweaver book for someone
to review.  I hope to be able to announce the "special" CFUG meeting I have
been working on as well, and there will also be a special announcement made
at the meeting about the AUG that many members will find of interest.

If you are already an AUG member, please remember to RSVP if you are
planning to attend.  If you are not an AUG member, please consider becoming
one!!! :-)  If you are not a member, you are welcome to attend.  Please send
