Cleveland area software product maker seeks a candidate to lead the
development of a key product. This role is for Java developers interested
in "close to the machine" development (probably will not interest those who
pride themselves in J2EE enterprise development or web based application
server development, this role is for one who digs algorithmic type
challenges).  You will take over an existing product in need of
re-architecture and be responsible for it in its entirety. If you like
having autonomy and independent decision making capacity but feel
comfortable operating in a collaborative environment you should find this
role appealing.The firm has been in business for years, is profitable
without significant debt, is growing, and is still small enough that a role
of this type will provide real opportunity for professional and personal
growth. Compensation and benefits are appropriate for senior level
technical lead roles.
