[Clev-jug] Looking for Developers, etc.

Hello Everyone,

So now that I'm no longer running the JUG, I'm going to try my hand  
at recruiting from this list.  I must admit that historically I have  
not looked kindly on blatant recruitment ads on the list.  But in the  
end I was convinced that it is one of the services that the JUG  
should provide.  Although, for the record, I still have not met or  
received an email from a single person that has actually found a job  
using this approach.  I have received emails from employers claiming  
to have found people, but none of those people have ever contacted me  
-- as I once requested in an email.  So here's my chance to see first  
hand.  Alright here we go ...

Urbancode is a fast growing Cleveland based software company.  We are  
singularly focused on product development, namely AnthillPro.   
AnthillPro is a Continuous Integration, Build Management, Deployment  
Automation, Test Orchestration, and Release Management Server.   
AnthillPro is being used in mission critical applications (think

insurance companies, defense contractors, software companies,

- Java Developers (love of coding required)
- Software Sales Engineer (perform WebEx's, POCs, implementations, etc.)
- Support (email, phone, etc for AnthillPro users)
- System Administrator (Linux, LDAP, Tomcat, networking, etc.)

We are looking for energetic people that like to learn, think, solve  
tough problems, and be recognized for their contributions.  Our  
environment is fast paced, however remains relaxed.
